Obituary for Mrs. Lorraine Jeannette Deschamps Pulsifer

Mrs. Lorraine Jeannette Deschamps Pulsifer, 83, of Erwin died Monday, September 4, 2017 at her home.

Mrs. Pulsifer was born April 7, 1934 in Auburn, Maine daughter of the late Harvey and Cecile Maheux Deschamps and was also preceded in death by husband, Harold W. Pulsifer and brother, Donald Deschamps.

She had worked for Knapp Shoe in Lewiston, Maine and retired from Wal-Mart in Auburn, Maine, and was a self-employed cosmologist. She was a member of South Erwin Baptist Church and loved blue grass and country music.

A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Thursday, September 7, 2017 at South Erwin Baptist Church with Rev. Turner Matthews and Rev. Steve Patterson officiating. Burial will be in Turner, Maine.

Mrs. Pulsifer is survived by her son, Bernard Boileau and wife Doreen of Spring Hill, Florida, daughters, Michelle Boileau of Falmouth, Maine, Rachel Thornton and husband Dan of Falmouth, Maine, Lise Voigt and husband Louis of West Chester, Pennsylvania , Danielle Shea and husband Dean of Dunn, grandchildren, Brianne Gilmore and husband Donnie, Christian Boileau, Zachary Cushman, Audra Cushman, Wesley Voigt, Alexandra Voigt, Ethan Cushman, Patrick Thornton, Andrew Thornton, Devon Shea, Darby Shea, great grandchildren, Zoe Gilmore, Ily Gilmore, Sadie Cushman, Ava Gilmore, Liv Gilmore and Daxton Gilmore.

Arrangements are by Skinner & Smith Funeral Home of Dunn.
