Obituary for Donna Sue Jackson Ausley

Ms. Donna Sue Jackson Ausley, 68 of Dunn died Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at Wake Medical Center in Raleigh. Donna was born November 9, 1949 in Harnett County daughter of the late Perry Compton and Effie Wilson Jackson. She was also preceded in death by sister, Effie Joyce Baggett and a brother, Edward A. Jackson.

Donna was a loving mother and friend to many. She was a 1968 graduate of Midway High School and had worked for various phone companies in the area.

A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Sunday, March 25, 2018 at Skinner & Smith Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Len Keever officiating.

Donna is survived by her sons, Stephen Lynn Ausley and wife Christie of Smithfield, Brian Ausley of Dunn;   grandchildren, Emma Katherine Ausley, Benjamin Russell Ausley  both of Benson, Addison Paige Brown of Smithfield; brother, L.C. Jackson of Dunn; sisters, Carrie Jean Forbis of Marion, South Carolina, Juanita Peoples of Fayetteville; nephews, Gerald Jackson, Chris and Adam Peoples; nieces, Rhonda Page and husband Bobby, Jackie Wrench and husband Danny and great nephew, Nicholas Herring.

The family will receive friends 2-3 p.m. Sunday one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Friends Fighting Cancer P.O. Box 2265 Dunn, NC  28335.

Arrangements are by Skinner & Smith Funeral Home in Dunn.
